Chief Executive Officer
Sugeldy provides leadership with passion to Alaula. After working on projects in the Caribbean and Florida, she moved to Maui and founded Alaula with the purpose of building the affordable homes that Maui’s 'ohana need to remain on their home island. Her vision is to build unique affordable housing in family oriented communities.
Doyle Betsill
President
Doyle has extensive development and construction experience. He began his career as a project manager for D R Horton Custom Homes, now the largest homebuilder in the United States, and was fortunate to be mentored by the Horton family.
Lawrence P. Carnicelli
Vice President of Development
As a long-time affordable housing advocate here on Maui, Lawrence Carnicelli serves as the Vice President of Development for Alaula LLC and Principle Broker for Alaula's Hale Anuenue Real Estate Company.
